After many years of trials, Glass Flake Filled coatings are becoming industry standard anti-corrosion solutions, with specifications for many applications re-written to include such technology.
The extensive case histories across the globe substantiate its ability to out perform granular filled coatings.
Glass Flake filled linings are used to protect against aggressive pH ranges from 1-13 and in many cases for thermo cycling situations and temperature environments higher than 100°C. With the recent advances in resin development, temperatures such as 240°C non-immersed, and 180°C immersed
are now manageable.
Refurbishment is based on investigation and assessments of the crippling effects corrosion and erosion have on plant and equipment. This is then followed by a recommendation with a warranted proposal to reduce long term maintenance costs.
Our services include coating applications to new and existing equipment during arduous shutdown conditions such as Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Waterboxes, CW Pipes, Process Vessels/Tanks etc., and in the construction or post fabrication phase.
